Deadline

To submit a nomination, click on the “SUBMIT NOMINATIONS” button below.
You will then be directed to a form where you must fill in all the required fields thoroughly.
Please indicate the nomination title and the category you are applying for.
Answer all required questions as clearly and concisely as possible.
You must also include a statement of no more than 1000 words explaining why you deserve to win the award.
You are required to attach documentary evidence of your achievements and credentials — please collate all materials into a single PDF file not exceeding 10MB in size.
You will receive a confirmation email once your nomination has been successfully submitted.
